Happy Halloween

Maddie had a great time trick or treating. She would walk up to the door and look in the window if they didn't come quick enough for her:) She loved getting the candy and would have gone to every door in the neighborhood if we would have let her.

Lillian went along for the ride and enjoyed being out and about. She has such a great attitude!

Maddie at School

Maddie also had a Halloween Party at school on Thursday. She wore her Dora Costume and the kids did a parade into the gym and sat around and sang songs. They were really cute! Most of her class just sat and watched the older kids the whole time, it was too cute. After the Parade they went back to the class and made a snack.

Halloween Fun

Maddie's playgroup had tons of fun playing together in their costumes. We had orange icing on everything. Maddie played stick the nose on the pumpkin and looked under the mask twice!! We couldn't believe she could figure it out so quickly an d she didn't understand that it was cheating!

Chuck Update

They are chugging along. The sheet rock, insulation and doors were delivered today and they are going to work all weekend and try to get things moving. Here are some pictures from the last time we were there. Check out he pictures of the toilet in the road (yes in the road), there is one where you can see the waterline on his door and his french doors still have water in them. It is really insane. The most depressing is the one of the stuffed animals for the baby that someone had given here sitting outside and the cross that shows the water line. It is really depressing.

Maddie loved going to Lauryn's soccer game and had a blast watching the big kids.

Lillian Faith

Wow, I forgot how fast these babies grow and learn. She is grabbing everything she can get her hands on and putting it in her mouth. She laughs and smiles all the time and is infatuated with Maddie. It is her personal Baby Einstein. She has a little cough but the dr says nothing to worry about so she is sleeping with the humidifier and has some stuff grandma sent to ease the congestion so we should be okay. She is officially out of the kitchen for her bath time. She kicked out almost all the water out of her tub today all over my kitchen so it is off to the bathroom tomorrow. I can't wait to let her be in the tub with Maddie, i am sure they will both have a blast.

Maddie is a Rock Star

It has been almost 3 weeks since Maddie had any kind of accident. She is even wearing her big girl panties for nap. Her pull ups have been dry at bedtime for a week but i am going to give it another week before we switch to panties at night. You would know this would happen after Matt and I bought a huge box of pull ups at costco:) She is loving school and learns new songs every week. She has everyone in the family sit in circle time and reads us stories and calls our names to let us get up. It is really fun. She is still loving Lillian and really likes to help by bringing her toys and singing to her in the car. She has really changed her behavior since we started the school year the 1,2, 3 is really working these days and she rarely gets a time out (i hope i didn't just jinx myself). I am really having fun with her these last few weeks.
