Maddie is Princess

Maddie is having so much fun dressing up in her play clothes and she likes everyone else to dress up too. As you can see she and Minne are dancing! The picture of Lillian is of her watching Maddie as she was dancing.

Mommy Moments

What a crazy day today! Maddie has been living out the terrible two's and keeping me on my toes and with getting up in the night to nurse Lillian I have been working at half speed. So keep that in mind when you read about my wild Mommy Moment this afternoon.

Lillian was fussing so I was bouncing her on my legs and we were watching Maddie running around and singing. Lillian acted like she was about to fall asleep so I stood up to put her in the swing and finish cooking dinner when I felt something wet running down my leg. Yes it was POOP. Lilian had leaked out of her diaper all over my pants and shirt as well as her front AND back. I brought her to the changing table and attempted to take off her overloaded diaper and get her clothes off. Somehow in this time period I got it on Maddie? Not sure but in a matter of minutes we were all in our undies giving Lillian a bath. What a site to see. After her bath Lillian was fussy so I put her in the sling. SO here I was in my undies with Lilly in the sling and I still needed to finish dinner. I put on a big apron and got the job done with her sleeping! What an afternoon.

All the clothes are in the wash and we will see what is permanently stained and what isn't!
Being a mom is so much fun, you never know what is going to happen. For those of you who are moms you will relate and those who are not can only imagine how crazy it can be.

Quick Update! Lillian is 10 lbs 6 oz!
