Lil had a great first birthday party and Big Paw Paw's and Gigi's! All her family was there and she loved digging into the cake! She ate most of the cake with a spoon and tried to feed Carson! Please click on the picture below to see our little angel celebrate her 1st Birthday!

Maddie has been talking about her dance class for over a month and the day is finally here! Lil spent the entire class trying to get into the dance room with Maddie!
Maddie and I made some pudding pops this week and she was enjoying it on the patio when Lil decided to try it. She loved it and Maddie was very good at sharing with her. When Lil would scream from inside the playhouse Maddie would let her lick some more and you can hear Lil smacking her lips in the video! A priceless memory of summer!
I am sure this is not the look Gap was going for when they made this cute little skirt! This first picture is what is supposed to look like the second is what happens after she sits down or wiggles around.
Lillian has decided not to walk yet but she does push everything in the house around. Her new favorite toy is the shopping cart. She walks as far as she can until she runs into something and then we move her cart and off she goes. Maddie will go over and help her without being asked! She is such a great helper(most of the time)!

So yesterday Maddie was distracted and I pulled off the band aid really fast! It came off along with some of her right eyebrow! I could tell where the hair was missing yesterday but it is less noticeable today:) She really didn't fuss to much, I think she was relieved to have it off. I decided she is no longer allowed to apply her own band aids from now on!
Today was one of those moments when you know you shouldn't laugh when your child doesn't something but you cannot help it. Maddie asked for a band aid for her ant bite but when i turned around she had stuck the band aid right between her eyes, managing to get both eyebrows in it. I tried to take it off but she refuses because it hurts so bad. I am not sure how we are going to get it off but it is cracking me up to watch her:)
