Birthday Party Goodies

We have been to several birthday parties over the past few weeks and Maddie loves all the goodies and cool stuff.

At Peyton's First Birthday she at a cupcake with Red and Blue icing that stained her face and my hands! (Thanks Erica!)


At Kaitlin's First Birthday she had her first Face Painting and was able to take home a princess wand! Doesn't she look cool!

I am taking notes of all the things I will need at Maddie's birthday to make it just as fun!

Larry's French Market

My family loves to go to Larry's French Market and listen to the cajun music and eat seafood when we can all get together. Here are a few pictures of what Maddie liked about it.

Maddie joined in the Bounds Family Trash making tradition. She was a natural, she liked all the good stuff. Those of you who will enjoy it this year please no complaints about any Maddie cooties you may come across:)

Bun Bun Survives

Bunny made it through the washing machine! YEAH! I sat and prayed while it was in the wash hoping it wouldn't come out in pieces. It was so dirty and the hand washing just wasn't cutting it. Here is the new and improved bunny (note it is not brown/gray)!

Big Sister

After this morning I know Maddie is going to be a great big sister.

I went and got her and put her in bed with us this at about 5:30. Matt and I were trying to pretend we were sleeping so she would go back to sleep. Maddie curled up next to me and rubbed my back and said "Sha Sha Baby" and then sang me "Twinkle Twinkle" all while rubbing my back. She has so much love and I know she will share it with her new baby brother/sister!

One Time

Sunday when I was taking my new post on the couch, Matt and Maddie found a new game to play. Matt would lay out the quilt and Maddie would sit in the middle, he would pick up the sides and swing her around. She LOVED it. The funniest thing was when he would put her down on the ground she would put one finger out of the blanket and say "one time". It was so funny i had to share. Have a good day!
